Which methods of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal as methods of payment at this time. We do not accept personal checks or any other methods of payment at this time. What is the exact shipping & Handling cost for items purchased? All items shipped within the continental United States are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. There is a base charge of $5 plus $1.60 per LB. Which company do you use for shipping? We ship via the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail. Items can be tracked by request. Can I combine the shipment of my order if I buy more than one item, or pay a smaller shipping price since the items are coming to the same address? Yes, We can combine the items if possible in order for oyu to pay a smaller shipping fee. How long does it take for delivery? All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment received via Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Items arrive within 24 to 48 hours after being sent. Items ordered online may be made available for pick-up at our Store's location with prior approval. Can I track my shipment online? Once your item is shipped, we will provide you with an online tracking number. Is the item I purchased insured? All items are insured during the delivery period. If an item is lost during the delivery period, you will receive a similar item or a refund, in case the item is no longer currently available. Will the item I see displayed on the website be the particular item that is shipped to me? All items with the exception of the program items are the same as seen on the website and that is the item that will be shipped out to you. How accurate are the images? ThatchicBoutique makes every effort to match the images as closely as possible to the actual colors. All pictures have been photographed in our studio by our team of professional photographers. However, it is not a perfect process and colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor's settings. Returns See Terms and Conditions. Damage If you find that your shipment shows visible signs of damage on receipt, please attempt to open it in the presence of the driver. If the contents of the package are damaged due to shipping process, make sure to document that on the shipping manifest. You have two business days from the date of the receipt of the Merchandise to contact us. You may contact us via email or phone (1-877-877-0011) to let us know whether an item that you purchased from That Chic Boutique's online store is damaged or defective. If you have notified us in the above time frame, you may return the item and we will replace the exact same product. If an item is returned and it has been determined that it is damaged through no fault of shipping and handling nor is a manufactor's defect, this item will be returned to the customer and you shall be responsible for the return shipping and handling.
